Damage in Delivery:

If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping cartoon and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please take pictures and do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit. > support@bodsupport.com

 

Missing Items:

All missing item claims must be reported within five business days of delivery.

 

Received Wrong Item:

Please take pictures of the items you received and the packing list

 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

BOD Support items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

 

If you purchased through FBA (fulfilled by Amazon), you must start the return process through Amazon. You may do so by logging into your Amazon account and going to you ‘orders’ section. All instructions will be provided by Amazon, do feel free to contact us if you are having an issue. If you purchased BOD Support product FBM (fulfilled by BOD Support directly) you may contact us at the email provided.

 

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. BOD Support will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, youll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

 

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to BOD Support with a track able shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a track able method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the our Guarantee.

 

 

ITEMS PAST RETURN WINDOW, MISSING PARTS, DAMAGED etc.

 

Items in original condition past the return window are subject to case by case return approval and refunds are issued only up to 80% of the item price minus shipping.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an Amazon.com or BOD Support will be approved on case by case basis and only up to 50% of the item price minus shipping.

 

If your item was fulfilled by BOD Support, you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee even if you return the item in original condition within the return window.

 

Note: If the buyer’s account is eligible for Amazon Prime, it will be subject to the same return policies as items purchased without such.

 

 

Instant Refunds & Refund Without Return

In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option. Instant Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used to order. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.

BOD Support may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by Customer Service representative.

 

If item arrives DAMAGED, please take pictures of the original shipping box and the damaged item. DO NOT DISPOSE, shipping company may want to pick up the damaged item for inspection. Such cases usually allow BOD Support to issue the above mentioned “Instant Refund”.
